My Inspirational Moment 2
My title for this moment is We have the Mind of Christ! Philippians 2:5 states that “Let this same mind be in us which was also in Christ Jesus”. Additionally, 1Cor2:16b concludes by stating that “We have the mind of Christ. All these refer to us fully enjoying the mindset of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ always had His mindset on being about what He calls “My Father’s Business”-Kingdom minded. “I have come so that you might have life & have it more abundantly” John 10:10a
When Jesus comes to our mind He always gives us power to do what we couldn’t do before. When Jesus met the blind, Jesus made them see. When Jesus met the lame, Jesus made them walk. There were even cases when Jesus came across the dead, Jesus made them live. There was also a host of a wedding feast in despair because the wine had run out, Jesus turned their water into wine. Beloved in Christ When Christ comes to our minds, miraculous & wonderful things happen. Our Christ mind tune us into wholeness & abundance. This morning we let our Christ mind rise from within us!
A Christ mind or a kingdom minded mindset marries the conscious mind with subconscious mind & set the heart in harmony. Whiles the conscious mind is responsible for reasoning or analysis, our subconscious mind is for feeling, imagining, creativity & our intuition.
Our Christ mind makes us express upon our mind great ideas, lovely ideas, glorious ideas, Christly ideas, Godly ideas, wonderful ideas, magnificent ideas, heavenly ideas, prosperous ideas & our Christ mind brings these wonders into our experience. For example, concerning our full enjoyment of our strength & health, we say & declare through our Christ mind that “As our days are, so shall our strength be. Additionally, we declare through our Christ mind that We are strong in the Lord & in the power of God’s might. Ephesians 6:10 or We could also impress on our mind Let the weak say I am strong Joel 3:10. We can also declare through our Christ mind that the Joy of the Lord is your strength Nehemiah 8:10
In addition, the mind of Christ is a mindset of thanksgiving even for seemingly small things. For example, Jesus Christ feeding of over 5,000 people with only 5 loaves of bread & 2 fishes started with Jesus Christ’ thanksgiving for the seemingly small amount before being multiplied.
The mind of Christ also has the mindset of bouncing back out of challenges: Resurrection power. Our Jesus Christ’s mindset realizes/demonstrates who we are in God & who God is in us.
This Jesus Christ mindset in us points us to our own Divinity. Beloved, the mindset of Christ in us gives us perfect peace as stated in Isaiah 26:3 He shall keep us in perfect peace when our mind is stayed on God.
Dear people of God, Our hearts are gladdened to be reminded that we have the mind of Christ which has so many other glorious attributes including healing attributes, strength attributes, wholeness attributes, abundance attributes & many more attributes that make our Christ mindset transcend time, space, circumstances & situations.
We move into Prayer; We first of all thank God that we have this great & glorious gift of the mind of Christ in us. 1Cor2:16b…. We have the mind of Christ. & we tune into this mind of Christ this very moment.
1. We pray that as we tune in to the mind of Christ which we already have been blessed with by God, we continue to consistently let this same mind be in us which was also in Christ Jesus as in Philippians 2:5. We pray that We continue to express upon our Christ mind glorious ideas, heavenly ideas, amazing ideas, wonderful ideas, Godly ideas, Christly ideas, successful ideas, because this Christ mind that we have is the spirit of power, of love & of a sound mind as written in 2Timothy 1:7
2. A related scripture to our Christ mind is Philippians 4:8 where the kind of thoughts the Christ mind should think are outlined: whatsoever things are true, what so ever things are noble, what so ever things are pure, what so ever things are praiseworthy, what so ever things are of good report, if there be any thoughts, think on these things
3. We pray that we hold on to the features of the mind of Christ which includes thanksgiving even when faced with seeming challenges. For example, when faced with the challenge of seeming scarcity Jesus changed it to abundance. When Jesus was faced with the challenge of only 5loaves of bread with 2fishes to feed over 5000 people, Jesus began with giving thanks for the seemingly small amount which resulted in over 12 extra baskets full of left overs after feeding all the 5000 people to their satisfaction. Through the mind of Christ in us especially of thanksgiving, may what seems not enough become too much
4. We pray that we all tune into the mind of Christ in us which contains our bouncing back ability out of challenges. Through the mind of Christ in us May we be blessed with resurrection power to bounce back out of challenges & turn every seeming challenge into opportunities.
5. We pray & declare that the mind of Christ in us gives us perfect peace as we keep our mind on God as stated in Isaiah 26:3 which states that He shall keep us in perfect peace when our mind is stayed on the God who lives & reigns in us.
6. Finally we bless this day. We call today a miraculous & wonderful day filled with testimonies. We declare our mindsets Christ minded. We declare our lives kingdom minded. May every aspect of our lives reflect & reveal the Christ mind always so that all of our lives glorify God & uplift mankind with our realization & demonstration that indeed We have the mind of Christ.
